Hot pot with Norwegian Mackerel

Try this delicious and healthy dish with Norwegian mackerel, perfect for any day of the week

  • Cut the mackerel into 3 cm pieces, similar sizes
  • Quickly boil the mackerel by dipping it in boiling water for 5 seconds, and immediately put them in cold water to stop the boiling. 
  • Cut the tofu into similar pieces 
  • Chop the leeks in thin strips, 3-4 cm length
  • Heat the sesam oil on medium high heat, and stir in the kimchi and miso. taste with salt and boil for approx. 10 minutes. Add the mackerel, tofu and leeks the last 3 minutes of the cooking time.
