Ingredients

Preparation

  • Cut the radish into thick half-moon shapes.
  • Mix soy sauce, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soybean paste, cooking wine, sugar, oligosaccharide, minced garlic, and pepper to make the seasoning sauce.
  • Wash the Norwegian mackerel under running water and cut into pieces.
  • Lay the radish on the bottom of the pot and pour water. Once the water boils, put the Norwegian mackerel pieces in the pot, then add potatoes, some seasoning sauce made from Step 2, onion, green onion, and red pepper and boil it over high heat.
  • After boiling for a few minutes, reduce the heat and simmer. While simmering, add seasoning sauce periodically so that the seasoning is evenly distributed.
