Ingredients
Preparation
- Cut the cod into servings and dry well with a paper towel. 
- Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl and dregde the fish in the mix. 
- Pan-fry the fish in butter on medium heat approx. 5 minutes on each side. 
Sauce
- Cut tomatoes into small dices, basil in thins strips, finely chop garlic and cut olives in half. 
- Heat olive oil in a casserole and add tomato, basil and garlic. 
- Add olives and taste with salt and pepper. 
Serve the cod with sauce, rice and lemon wedges on the side.
