Norwegian Salmon and Cod Burger

Salmon and cod, two favorites in one burger. Burgers are easy to make and can be seasoned as you like.

  • Cut the fish into smaller pieces and add to a food processor with salt until you have an even mix.

  • Add egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and pepper, and mix well.

  • Leave the mix in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

  • Make burgers and pan-fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Chili mayonnaise

  • Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce, and taste with pepper and cayenne pepper.

Serve with

  • Wash salad and tomatoes, and slice the tomato.

Serve the burgers in burger buns with chili mayonnaise, salad and tomato.

Tip: Here you can use the vegetables you want. The burgers can also be served in pita bread.
