Norwegian Smoked Salmon Bagel

A bagel with Norwegian smoked salmon, cream cheese and salad makes a perfect lunch or picnic. It is very easy to make and tastes great.

  • Cut the smoked salmon in slices.
  • Mix cream cheese, cream, dijon mustard, salt and sugar, and taste with cayenne pepper.
  • Chop the cabbage and mix with the sauce and chopped parsley.
  • Cut each bagel in half and cover one half with the cabbage dressing and salad.
  • Place slices of smoked salmon on the salad, over with the other half of the bagel and serve.
