Whole Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Lime and Herbs

Whole grilled Norwegian salmon is so easy and don't need a lot of flavour to taste amazing. Lime and herbs is just enough!

  • Cut the lime into thin slices and chop herbs.

  • Make small cuts in the fish and fill with lime and herbs.

  • Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Wrap the fish in wet newspaper and place on the grill, a little away from the embers, for 15-20 minutes. Cover with a lid if you have available.

Serve with whatever you prefer.
