Salad with Norwegian Prawns, Orange and Basil

  • Finely chop the chives, and cut the bell pepper and orange into pieces.

  • Tear the salad and have on a serving plate.

  • Have prawns, chives, bell pepper and orange over the salad.


  • Finely chop chili, garlic and basil, and grate ginger.

  • Juice lime and mix with chili, garlic, basil, ginger and olive oil.

  • Taste with salt and pepper.

Drizzle a little dressing over the salad and serve the rest on the side.
