Finely chop the chives, and cut the bell pepper and orange into pieces.
Tear the salad and have on a serving plate.
Have prawns, chives, bell pepper and orange over the salad.
Finely chop chili, garlic and basil, and grate ginger.
Juice lime and mix with chili, garlic, basil, ginger and olive oil.
Taste with salt and pepper.
Drizzle a little dressing over the salad and serve the rest on the side.
