Preparation
- Finely chop the chives, and cut the bell pepper and orange into pieces. 
- Tear the salad and have on a serving plate. 
- Have prawns, chives, bell pepper and orange over the salad. 
Dressing
- Finely chop chili, garlic and basil, and grate ginger. 
- Juice lime and mix with chili, garlic, basil, ginger and olive oil. 
- Taste with salt and pepper. 
Drizzle a little dressing over the salad and serve the rest on the side.
