Pasta carbonara with Norwegian prawns

You can't go wrong with prawns and pasta, and this is the perfect late lunch or dinner! The dish is even tastier with bacon and a creamy cheese sauce. Serve with a fresh salad and wholemeal bread.

  • Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Cut the onion into cubes, and finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  • Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy and place it on a plate.
  • Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan and set aside.
  • Whisk together the egg yolk, milk, parmesan, salt, pepper and parsley, and heat in a saucepan while stirring.
  • Add the prawns, pasta, bacon and onion mixture, and mix well.
  • Serve the prawn pasta with salad and wholemeal bread.
