Norwegian prawn tacos

You can use prawns in so many different recipes. In this recipe, we marinate the prawns in sweet and sour sauce and serve them as prawn taco. It is not just easy to make, it tastes great and is a perfect dinner!

  • Mix the sweet and sour sauce with the prawns and set aside
  • Heat up the tortilla wraps according to the instructions on the packet
  • Finely chop the red onion and chili, dice the avocado and cut the salad into strips
  • Mix the salad ingredients together, squeeze over the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper
  • Sauté the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and place them on a paper towel
  • Add the sesame seeds to the prawns and mix well
  • Spread the salad mixture and prawns over the tortilla wraps
  • Serve the tacos with the grated cheese sprinkled on top
