Norwegian prawn salad with avocado and mango
A fresh salad with Norwegian prawns, crispy salad, avocado and the exotic fruits mango and papaya. Lemon juice and olive oil make a simple and tasty dressing. Feel free to add a little grated ginger. You can also use cantaloupe melon instead of papaya. It's the perfect dish for a tasty lunch or a light dinner.

- Wash the mango, papaya and avocado and cut into same-sized pieces.
- Clean, rinse and dry the lettuce
- Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice. Season the dressing with salt and pepper. Cut the salad into smaller pieces
- Lightly mix all the ingredients together and serve on plates. Finally, sprinkle over some sesame seeds, pea sprouts and/or coriander
