Salad with Norwegian clipfish, goat cheese and figs

  • Put the clipfish in a casserole with water and bring it to a boil, turn the heat down, and let it steep on low heat for approx. 10-15 minutes. 
  • Slice the cheese and figs and wash the lettuce and place it in the centre of a serving plate. 
  • Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing all the ingredients. Drizzle the vinaigrette on top of the salad, and add some crunchy bread.
