- Slice the garlic cloves
- Cut the peppers into slices
- Choose the paprika powder, either sweet or hot
- Put the peppers, tomato, garlic, paprika, plenty of oil in a frying pan on the grill, for about 40 min.
- Season the cuts of Norwegian salted fish with salt and pepper.
- Pin the fish on skewers and grill them for 8-10 minutes, turning them half way.
- We put the fish cuts on the piperada pan and serve in the center of the table.
