Grilled Norwegian salted cod with peppers

  • Slice the garlic cloves
  • Cut the peppers into slices
  • Choose the paprika powder, either sweet or hot
  • Put the peppers, tomato, garlic, paprika, plenty of oil in a frying pan on the grill, for about 40 min.
  • Season the cuts of Norwegian salted fish with salt and pepper.
  • Pin the fish on skewers and grill them for 8-10 minutes, turning them half way.
  • We put the fish cuts on the piperada pan and serve in the center of the table.
