Tomato Salad with Lime, Chili and Coriander

• Cut tomato in pieces and spring onion in slices and halve the cherry tomatoes.

• Remove the seeds and cut the chili in thin slices.

• Chop garlic and coriander leaves and juice lime.

• Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Tip: You can use tomatoes with different colours and size to vary the dish.
