Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
 - Brush the baguette slices with oil and place on a baking tray.
 - Bake in the oven until golden, about 3 minutes.
 - Place and slice of cheese and a slice of smoked salmon over each baguette slice, and top with a tablespoon of crème fraîche and salmon roe.
 - Sprinkle with chopped chives, and serve.
