Preparation
- Cook clipfish in milk. 
- Cook and mash potatoes. 
- Finely chop onion and let it simmer in olive oil. Add bay leaf, salt, pepper and some of the heated milk from the clipfish. 
- When the fish is cooked, place it in a dish and cover completely with mayonnaise. 
- Add the mashed potatoes and the onion mix to the dish. 
Serve with black olives on top.
